P-2 Newsletter Week 7 Term 4

This term we have been so impressed with how well our P-2 students have settled back into school onsite. Well done to all our students for having such a positive return!

Prep 2021 BYOD program

We have received some queries regarding the 1:1 iPad program in Prep next year. We are commencing this program for our 2021 Preps, our students moving into year 1 and 2 in 2021 will not be required to bring an iPad to school. For information regarding the requirements of the iPad please refer to the Prep 2021 handbook. 

Hats

Term 4 is a sun smart term and as such all students are required to wear a hat while outside. Please ensure that your child has a hat in their bag each day, if your child has lost their school hat please provide a sun smart hat as an alternative. 

Step up Day

On Friday the 11th of December we will be holding a College wide step up day. Our teachers have been working hard to put together our homegroups for next year to ensure they are as balanced as possible, however there are times when we need to make adjustments to groupings towards the end of the year or at the beginning of the school year. We will not be taking parent requests. We thank our students and families for their understanding and patience as we work towards a positive placement for all students. 

End of Year Celebration

On Monday the 14th of December the P-2s will be having an end of year celebration. This will be a day of fun activities and games for our students, and the opportunity to order a Subway lunch. We look forward to a fun end to the year with our students! 

P-2 Concert

Miss Simmons and our P-2 students have been doing a wonderful job rehearsing for our concert video. The final version of this concert number will be available via our Facebook page in Week 10 this term. We look forward to sharing this with you all.
