Literacy Program

At the start of this year, the PFA moved a motion to give $6000 to the Literacy program throughout the school. Unfortunately, like all things in 2020, Covid put a pause in our efforts. Last week we finally got to spend your hard and generously donated money! Every student in the school chose a book from Campion Books (formally Ballarat Books) to be added to their classroom library. These books will be read in their classrooms and become part of the library. 

The PFA would like to thank everyone who has supported the fundraising events to enable this massive purchase to occur.

SpringFest 2020

SpringFest Ballarat 2020 – Ultimate SpringFest Online Raffle

This years SpringFest Ballarat Sunday Market Raffle is going online!  There is a massive total prize pool of over $18K.   The raffle will be drawn on Sunday 29th November – 2 pm LIVE. Tickets are priced at $5 each.  Please purchase your tickets at www.ballaratspringfest.com.au 

We are calling on the Miners Rest community to really get behind the SpringFest online raffle to help support our school and other beneficiaries.  These proceeds will be used towards our new school!  

There are over 100 prizes to be won including an Apple iPad, Giant Bike, Paranormal Experience, 100 bottles of beer, holiday voucher and everything in between.  Prizes have been generously donated from our SpringFest Stall Holders and Sponsors.

Spread the love far and wide by sharing with your family, friends and work colleagues so that it will be just like a social walk around Lake Wendouree – just like SpringFest Market Sunday is renowned for!
