Book Fair News

Thank you parents and care givers for another successful Book Fair at Marangaroo PS. 

A very big well done to all students who entered the Book Cover competition, the parents loved seeing your art work on display last night.

Thank you to all the teachers that helped with the wish lists, Mrs Barr for the artwork, Mrs Bija for restocking and keeping everything in order and Catherine Smith who helped with sales. It’s a busy week and I couldn’t do it without you all. 

Thank you to all of our families for supporting the Book Fair with purchases. Last night alone I sold $1500 worth of books and stationery, and I am hoping to make a few extra sales this afternoon. The commission we make will go towards our new collection of Graphic Novels.

Call for volunteers

I’m looking for parent helpers to join me in the library for book covering? I have over 60 new books that need covering before they can be placed on the shelves for the students to use. I’m here every Tuesday and Wednesday and would really appreciate any time you can spare.
