St Helena's Feast Day

18 August is special day for our school as it is St Helena's Feast Day. Students will start the day in their buddy class working together to provide a gift for the less fortunate that will distributed through St Vincent de Paul.

We will then come together to celebrate Mass at 9:45am. After recess students will then attend Feast Day stalls, where each class holds a stall to raise funds for charity. Some of the stalls that we will have this year are chocolate toss, cookie decorating, mini golf and Connie's photo booth to name a few.

A sausage sizzle lunch will be provided for all students by the P & F.

St Vincent de Paul Winter Appeal

Each individual class is currently collected non-perishable items for the St Vincent De Pauls' Winter Appeal.  Items can be delivered directly to class rooms and these will be collected by our Mini Vinnies.

We have already had a lot of items donated which have already been taken to be distributed to those in need.  We still have 2 weeks to go and thank everyone for their support of people within our community.

One Big Voice

On August 18th, our school choir students will join the One Big Voice massed choir event at the RAC Arena. We're thrilled to sing alongside 20 other schools, performing songs with two - part harmonies such as, Storming, Gold, Brave, Sunny Day in Australia and The Circle of Life. This challenge will enhance our concentration and music skills, adding a fun conclusion to St Helena's Feast Day celebrations.

School Carpark

The carpark gate opens at 2:00pm daily and we ask that parents who are parking to collect their children to please use the bays with white lines.

To alleviate congestion through the carpark and surrounding streets we ask parents to not arrive in the Kiss and Ride before 2:30pm as this prevents Pre-Kindy and Kindy parents who need to park to collect their children from being able to access vacate parking spots. You may be asked to move out of the Kiss and Ride if you arrive before this time.

When exiting the carpark at drop off and pick up time please turn left only so that the flow of traffic is not interrupted.
