Senior School Parent Teacher Interviews
Bookings are now open for the Senior School Parent-Teacher Interviews, which will take place in the Naunton Family Building. Entry is from Vine Street.
The interviews will take place on Tuesday, 30 April 2019 (Surname A - L) and Monday, 6 May 2019 (Surname M - Z). The appointments are in five minute increments commencing at 4.15pm and the final appointment time is 8.00pm. You are able to book your appointments via Astra at (http://astra.girton.vic.edu.au) until Thursday, 25 April 2019. When you have accessed Astra, please select the appropriate icon called "Interviews”. Select your child’s name and proceed to make the booking.
Available interview times will fill quickly, so if you have a preferred time, you are encouraged to make your appointments as soon as possible. We regret that no appointments can be made on the day of the interviews. Important: Appointment times are not given to students, so please make note of the times when you make the appointments online.
Mrs. Robyn MacCulloch has retired, her classes are being taught by Mrs. Elizabeth Morgan. Mrs. Angie Hamilton and Mrs. Linda Arnel’s classes will now be taught by Ms. Fanomezana Rasoarahona who has returned from leave. Mrs. Yvette Shanley is on Long Service Leave. Other staff may be unavailable with other commitments or unexpected reasons on the day. If they are not available and you would like to discuss anything with them, you can email them directly using the envelope next to the staff member’s name.
As Parent Teacher Interviews are for the discussion of academic curriculum, not Pastoral Care issues; House Tutors are not available for interviews. If you have Pastoral Care concerns you are encouraged to make other arrangements (email or call) to speak to your child’s House Tutor.
