Expressions of Interest:  Terms 3 & 4 SSATIS sports (Repeat)

The following sports are available for secondary students to participate in during Terms 3 and 4 for Southern Sports Association of Tasmania Independent Schools.

 

Term 3:

  • 7/8 boys soccer
  • 9/10 boys soccer
  • 9/10 girls Aussie rules
  • 7/8 girls basketball
  • 9/10 girls basketball 

Term 4:

  • 7/8 boys cricket
  • 9/10 boys cricket
  • 7/8 boys volleyball
  • 9/10 boys volleyball
  • 7/8 boys tennis
  • 9/10 girls tennis
  • 7/8 girls tennis
  • 7/8 girls Aussie Rules

Rosters run during the specified school term only. No cost involved. Parents will need to transport their children to various venues for non-home games.

 

We require some parental assistance for coaching, umpiring, managing the team and scoring. No need to be an expert, just willing to have a go.

 

Nominations for Term 3 close Wednesday, 29th June.

 

Secondary parents will receive an ‘Expression of Interest’ form via email to register your child. Parents will be notified before the end of Term 2 if there are sufficient numbers for teams to be registered.

Bowl Patrol is a learn to bowl program for primary aged children. To cover the cost of the program, your family may be eligible for a $100 Ticket to Play Voucher. Free Flu and COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic is returning to Kingston this Sunday 3 June - 10am to 3:30pm at the Kingborough Community Hub, Goshawk Way.

  • Flu shots for everyone aged 6 Months+ 
  • COVID shots for everyone aged 5 Years+
  • Appointments preferred however walk-ins welcome
