Grade 4

Did someone say Camp? Did someone say fun? Did someone say penguins, bus trips, and awesome teachers? Kalinda staff and students showed respect, resilience, and kindness during our recent camp at Phillip Island. We are so proud of all our students who tried to do new things, were brave enough to attempt new experiences, and with a smile.

We are so grateful to all our staff who put in so many hours of planning and gave up their free time to help us grow. Please have a look at the photos to view some of the activities we participated in over our 3-day camp.

Performing Arts News

SAVE THE DATE! Performing Arts Week is coming to Kalinda! Tuesday 6th Sept, Wednesday 7th Sept and Thursday 8th Sept we will be holding 3 (as yet unnamed) gala/showcase performances where each class will be performing 2-3 items, and the choir and highland dance groups will be performing. The performances will happen during school hours (approx 2:00-3:30 TBC) and some extra rehearsals will occur during the day of the performance. Parents and families are invited to attend. 

The performances will be on the following days:

Tuesday 6th Sept  - Grade 2s and Grade 3s

Wednesday 7th Sept - Grades 4-6

Thursday 8th Sept - Foundation and Grade 1s
