Reminders

• Next Tuesday, December 20 is the last day of school. School finishes at 1.30pm. 
• On Tuesday, there will be an end-of-year assembly starting at 12.45pm. 
• For all students who have medication at school including asthma puffers and epipens, please ensure that a parent collects these from the office before 1.30pm on Tuesday. 
• Over the summer holidays please ensure that you have updated medical plans for your child prepared by your GP. The colour copy of these plans should be provided to the office at the start of next year. 
• The first day of school next year is Tuesday, January 31. 
• Team Kids operate the holiday program throughout the holidays up until January 25. 
• OSHC Program running on Friday 27 January  and Monday 30 January

Parent Voluntary Financial Contribution 2023

Please find attached information on RNPS Parent Voluntary Financial Contribution for 2023. Payment can be made either through Compass from December 20 or at the office from Term 1.

Canteen News

Hi everyone,

We can’t believe this is the final week of school canteen, with our last canteen day being Friday December 16.

As we are preparing for the end of term canteen closure, the following meal, snacks and drink items are out of stock this week:

Frozen Strawberries stick

Up&Go Chocolate milk

Fried rice with veggies

Chicken Fried rice with veggies

Fried Noodles with veggie

Teriyaki Chicken Rice

Twista Pasta

This Final week, Slush Puppies will be available only for over the counter sales, until stock sells out.

Canteen - Outstanding Payments

Please remember to pay any outstanding Canteen payments to the office before the end of term (cash only).

Lost Property - OVERFLOWING 

Our lost property box is overflowing with uniform, drink bottles, lunch containers. Please encourage your children to check the lost property box at the office for any missing items.  

2023 Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) Application Form 

Medical Plans and Medication 

Up to date medical plans for your child must be prepared by your GP. The colour copy (with your child's photo attached) should be provided to the office, together with up to date student medication.

Working With Children Check- Parent/Carer Volunteers

Parents, carers and grandparents volunteering their time to assist at school or with school activities such as excursions, sporting events or camps must have a Working With Children Check and be registered at the office. 

Financial Support for Families

Ringwood North Primary School understands that some families may experience financial difficulty and offers a range of support options, including the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) and alternative payment arrangements. If you have any queries or wish to discuss your circumstances and possible options, please contact the office to make an appointment with the Business Manager or the Principal.
