Art4All 2022
We Need You!
FPS is renowned for our three-day art show – Art4All – where we celebrate art, artists and creativity within our school and the wider community.
Across the weekend, there are activities aimed at children, families, and adults. It’s all about supporting local artists and designers, connecting with the community, enjoying yummy food, maybe purchasing a piece of art, and having a good time. The event also raises funds for Fairfield Primary School.
This year, we celebrate Art4All from Friday 11 – Sunday 13 November.
Whether you’re an art lover – or can’t tell a paintbrush from a spade – new to the school, or an old hand, we want you! FPS has a fabulous volunteering community who help make Art4All a success each year. It’s amazing… and also really fun!
We are super keen for new people, ideas and more assistance. So, what can you do?
Recruiting Now: Co-Organiser Needed
Corrin (artist and mum of Mabel in Year 4) needs an organiser to help oversee the Art4All weekend. This role will involve planning, imagination, problem solving, and would suit a community-minded person who can see the big picture and is willing to give it a go. Let Corrin know ASAP.
Contact Corrin for more information/to volunteer: 0411 169 220 or corrin@workplayhouse.com.au
Recruiting Next: Coordinators
After we have our main organisers in place, we’re after people to coordinate each aspect of the event.
As Art4All is a three-day festival, there’s a bunch of diverse offerings, so there’s something for everyone! From food, to sourcing goods for the shop, or organising volunteers, and more – if you’re willing, there’s a job for you. We will be doing a callout shortly for specific roles and volunteers.
Contact Corrin for more information, or to volunteer your skills in a particular area.
Recruiting In Term 4!
Closer to the date, we’ll be asking for volunteers to help across the Art4All weekend.
Once we have our main event organisers in place, we will hold a planning meeting. Anyone who is interested is welcome to attend. Stay tuned.
Here’s to another fabulous year of celebrating the arts!
