Languages Week

Languages Week (24 to 28 July) was full of special events to promote the language and cultures of our international language program of Japanese and French studies. Many of the lunchtime workshops were student-initiated and student-led.

Events included an origami workshop, karaoke, mochi-making and crepe making in Food Tech and onsite crepe van. Teachers were invited to 'fire up ' their classes each morning with rajio taiso -  a short session of exercises and stretching popular in Japan. 

A visit by the crepe van was again well-received and planning is already underway for 2024.
