To Our Wonderful School Community,

SALA (South Australian Living Artist 2022)

Thank you for the amazing support last week with our SALA (South Australian Living Artist) evening. The number of parents, grandparents friends and family who came to see the wonderful artwork the students and teachers produced was incredible. The community spirit of St Brigid's was certainly alive during this event. We must thank all the staff who were involved in the evening, especially Mr Petar Brnabic who created the evening and shared his vision with others to create the marvellous night that it was.

Catholic Education Week

Next Week we have Catholic Educaiton Week, a time when we promote the amazing things that occur in our school. We have had two students be part of our promotional marketing of the school.  You may see them promoting our school in the local area.

Uniforms

We have uniforms back in stock at Vinnies, so please place your orders for your children. A reminder we ask that all students wear the correct uniform.

Book Week Parade

Our annual parade will be held on Wednesday, 24 August at 8.55 am. We will take a flexible approach to make this celebration of reading fun and enjoyable for all. Please be mindful of updates in the newsletter and class communication.

Students can dress up as one of their favourite book characters or what they dream to be when they grow up. This can include masks, hats and other props.

LLL (Living Learning Leading Survey)

Thank you to the parents who completed the LLL (Living Leading Learning Survey). The survey provides the school with valuable information about how parents, teachers and students feel about the school and helps us plan for the future.

Local Community

We have recently started a bonanza through Community Hub to help members of the local community who may be experiencing some difficulty in accessing daily living items. Members of the community can access the bonanza on Thursday afternoons at the back of the school in the church car park.
