✨ Term 2 Update ✨

💞 Mother’s & Special Person’s Day - Friday 8 May

It’s nearly here! Time to celebrate mums and special carers with our much-loved annual Mother’s & Special Person’s Day Stall! For new families, the stall gives kids the chance to bring along a few dollarbucks and choose something thoughtful for their special person/people. The kiddos absolutely love it, and we rely on our wonderful Merri-bek PS community to help make it extra special.

☕ On the day, there will be a Mother’s & Special Person’s day breakfast - please join us for coffee and snacks from 8.15am

🧺Our famous hampers will be drawn via raffle at assembly.

We’d love your help:

🧺 Donate raffle hamper goodies (treats, candles, vouchers, etc.)

🎁 Contribute stall items (homemade or new - soaps, plants, jewellery, non-perishable treats, crafts). Please drop items to the office

🎟 Raffle tickets coming home soon - be in it to win it!

🙌 Volunteers needed for breakfast & the stall (it’s delightful!)

What a result! Our Grade 3/4 bake sale raised over $1000 in just 30 minutes 🎉 Special thanks to Ange Perkin, Bridget Smith, Cody Moore, Emily Hillebrand, Emily Southam, Erica Reed, Nell Cove, Tim Richardson, Tony Sidebottom, The Merri-bek PS office team for their amazing support, River in Grade 3 for the amazing poster, And of course, all our incredible Grade 3/4 bakers and families!
