Celebrating Our Outstanding 2026 NAPLAN Results!!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students in the 2026 NAPLAN assessments.

On Wednesday 5th August, our exceptional results were recognised in the Herald Sun, highlighting the significant progress our students have made and the dedication of our staff in supporting every learner to succeed.

Some of our outstanding achievements include:

  • Year 5 Numeracy: 97% of students achieved in the Strong or Exceeding proficiency levels, an incredible improvement from 67% last year.
  • Year 3 Numeracy: 89% of students achieved Strong or Exceeding, representing an 18% increase.
  • Year 3 Reading: 83% of students achieved Strong or Exceeding, a remarkable 16% improvement.

These results reflect the collective effort of our entire school community. Through high-quality explicit teaching, strong partnerships with families, a commitment to student wellbeing, and our continued focus on creating calm, respectful and engaging learning environments, our students have flourished.

While we are thrilled with these outstanding results, we are equally proud of the growth, resilience and confidence our students demonstrate every day. At Parkhill, we believe every child can achieve success, and these results are a wonderful reflection of that belief in action.

A heartfelt thank you goes to our dedicated staff for their passion and commitment, our families for their ongoing support, and, most importantly, to our amazing students for embracing every opportunity to learn and grow.

Congratulations to our entire Parkhill community on this fantastic achievement! We look forward to continuing this journey of excellence together.
