Bullying Awareness Week 

As part of Bullying Week, our high school students performed a special performance for our primary students. Through drama, music and storytelling, the performance explored the importance of kindness, respect, inclusion and standing up against bullying. It encouraged our younger students to understand the impact of their words and actions and reminded everyone that kindness can make a difference. It was a wonderful opportunity for our school community to come together and promote a safe, supportive and respectful environment for all.

Splash of Red Day

As part of Bullying Awareness Week, students and staff proudly participated in Splash of Red Day, wearing red to show their commitment to kindness, respect, and inclusion. The day provided an opportunity for important conversations about the impact of bullying and the role we all play in creating a safe and supportive school community. It was wonderful to see everyone come together to send a powerful message: bullying has no place in our school, and everyone deserves to feel valued and respected.

Primary Talent Quest 

Our Primary Talent Show earlier this term was a wonderful celebration of creativity, confidence, and courage. Students took to the stage to showcase a wide range of talents, including singing, dancing, music, comedy, and more. It was inspiring to see our young performers step outside their comfort zones and share their passions with the school community. Congratulations to all participants for their hard work and enthusiasm, and thank you to the staff and families who supported this memorable event.

Rocksteady Assembly

Our Primary students were treated to an exciting live performance by Rocksteady, where they discovered how a band comes together and experienced the excitement of live music through singing, clapping and participation. Students were introduced to the electric guitar, bass guitar, drums, keyboard and vocals, gaining a firsthand look at how each instrument plays an important role in creating music.

A special thank you to our Music Teacher, Mr Isaac, for organising this fantastic experience for our Primary students. His passion for creating meaningful musical opportunities continues to enrich our school community and inspire a love of music in our students.

One of the highlights of the day was also seeing some of our amazing staff get up on stage and join in the fun! 👏 It was wonderful to see everyone embracing the experience and creating lasting memories alongside our students.
