Steamed Layer Cake

A big thank you to Melisa who showed us her steamed layer cake recipe.  What a lovely treat, so colourful and so tasty.  It was definitely something new for the group to try.  We had a few new faces today, thank you for coming in and spending time getting to know each other and sharing food stories.

Next week we will attempt something savoury!

We wandered around the garden and found a beautiful cauliflower ready for picking.   It's our first one this year and we are looking forward to watching the rest of them grow.
