Resource Centre

Many more new books, both fiction and non-fiction have arrived and are on display in the Resource Centre for students to borrow for the school holidays. The range of new non-fiction books includes sport biographies and autobiographies, war stories (personal accounts), graphic novel builder guide, the Australian Geographic Deadly Science collection and Continents of the World series.

 

New fiction books include fishing stories, the Ben Miller Christmas Elf series, Fred Gipson’s Old Yeller, Refugee 87 by Ele Fountain, Secret Sparrow by Jackie French, Sea Legs by Jules Bakes and Niki Smith, After by Padraig Kenny and additions to the manga One Piece series as well as several new graphic novels and verse novels.

 

There are so many great books and magazines to choose from to borrow for some holiday reading which enriches vocabulary and brings an abundance of knowledge, and pure enjoyment.
