Grade 3 – Grade 6
Grade 3 students may attend either Session 1 or Session 2 (but not both).
Dear IPS Families,
It's time to dust off those dancing shoes! The much-anticipated 2026 IPS Student Disco is coming up in July, and this year's theme is Neon!
Our PFA volunteers put a great deal of effort into creating a fun and memorable night for the students. Everyone attending—including parents at drop-off and pick-up—plays an important role in helping the event run smoothly.
Parent Helpers Needed
We can't make this event happen without your support. If you can assist in any of the following areas, we'd love to hear from you:
🩹 First Aid
· We need a volunteer with first aid experience for each session (or one volunteer who can assist at both sessions).
🎵 Audio Setup
· Our DJs need help with setup and pack-up.
· If you know what a banana plug is—or are willing to learn—we need you!
🍦 General Monitoring & Canteen Crew
· Help supervise students and distribute icy poles throughout the evening.
