On their final face-to-face day, participants engaged in collaborative reflection and celebrated their professional growth. Supporting women’s wellbeing through perimenopause and menopause
UniSuper’s 360Health Navigating Menopause webcast session presented by Dr Nicole Avard, General Practitioner specialising in women’s health, will explore how perimenopause and menopause can affect mood, anxiety, stress, sleep and cognitive wellbeing. It will also share practical, evidence-based strategies to help you better understand common symptoms, support your physical and mental wellbeing, and know when and where to seek help.
