Book fair is next week!!!! 

The Scholastic Book Fair will be visiting the school from Wednesday, May 20th until Monday, May 25th. 

It will be located in Aqua Portables (please follow the signs). Each grade will be visiting the Book Fair during school hours to browse and select a book to buy. A “Wish List” will be taken home by students after their session. On the back of this are instructions as to how to order any books you may wish to purchase. The Fair will also be open for parents and carers to visit each afternoon from 3:30 until 4:00pm. This is an excellent opportunity to buy quality books at bargain prices! 📚 Premier’s Reading Challenge – Now Underway!

As mentioned in our previous newsletter, the Premier’s Reading Challenge is now open for 2026, and we’d love to see all students get involved!

• Prep to Year 2 students are encouraged to read 30 books.
• Years 3 to 6 students are encouraged to read 15 books.

Reading records for Prep to Year 2 will be managed by teachers. Students in Years 3 to 6 are responsible for logging their own books, with teacher support if needed. 

Usernames and passwords have already been distributed to students in Years 3–6. The challenge closes on 6th September.
