The final game of the 2025 SASJ competition took place last Wednesday afternoon here at Lumen Christi College. This was the Year 8/9 Girls Netball Grand Final between Lumen and Kennedy Baptist College. After a close game, Kennedy won with a score of 22 goals to Lumen 18. In the end, Lumen was named the SASJ East 2025 Champions and finished 2nd out of the 11 competing schools. Thank you to Mikayla Wagg in Year 11 who coached the team, and Mrs Chandler who was the assistant coach.

On Wednesday of this week, the Year 10 Boys Football Team competed in the ACC AFL Carnival at Altone Park, Beechboro. The boys played five games throughout the day and represented Lumen with distinction. Thank you to Ms Inglis-Hodge and Ms Ashworth for coaching and managing the team.
