MercyCare Excursion

Throughout Semester One, Miss Gordon's Year 11 Religion and Life class had the privilege of visiting MercyCare in Maddington as part of their exploration into Meaning and Purpose. This inspiring service-learning experience has seen students build meaningful connections with residents through conversations, games, and shared stories, bringing joy, laughter, and deep reflection. The visits have not only enriched the lives of the residents but also deepened students’ understanding of compassion, dignity, and human connection. We are proud of how our students have embraced this opportunity with open hearts, and we look forward to continuing this partnership in Semester Two. A special thank you to Mr Tsocas for accompanying the group and driving the bus each time.
