Years 3-6 Public Speaking Finals
On Monday, we hosted our annual Years 3–6 Public Speaking Final, showcasing the remarkable talent and poise of our student speakers. The audience was treated to 16 outstanding presentations, spanning dynamic and persuasive topics from “How to convince your parents to get you a dog in 5 ridiculously easy steps” to the inspiring “Every child can make a difference.”
Adjudicators Mrs Cathy Downes and Miss Ellen Coote faced an incredibly tough decision in selecting just one winner per year group, given the impressive standard of competition.

Dancing Through the Decades: A Fantastic Finale to Term 3!
What an extraordinary way to wrap up Term 3! Our K–6 students took to the stage for our Dancing Through the Decades concert, delivering energetic, memorable performances that had the entire audience cheering.
From retro classics to modern hits, every year group brought incredible passion, rhythm, and school spirit to their routines. A highlight of the show was definitely the surprise staff dance—everyone absolutely loved seeing our teachers show off their own moves on stage!
A huge thank you goes out to all of our incredible staff for their tireless dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm in making this event possible. Thank you also to the families who joined us to celebrate our students' talents. It was a wonderful showcase of creativity and community to end the term on such a high note!
Year 5 Spheros Learning Spotlight
This week, Year 5 stepped into the shoes of future software engineers as we explored the exciting world of Digital Technologies! The students dived deep into mastering visual block coding, learning how to design, test, and modify algorithms to bring their code to life.
To put their new programming skills to the test, our classrooms transformed into high-tech testing grounds as students programmed and navigated Spheros through custom challenges! There was intense focus, plenty of problem-solving, and lots of excitement as students went head-to-head to refine their code and maneuver their robots with precision.
