š Student Absence... Ā if your child is not attending school, please enter their absence on PAM or notify the Office by phone or email office@smseymour.catholi.edu.au by 8.30am. This will prevent an SMS being sent inquiring about the reason for their absence as well as ensuring efficiency and accuracy of student rolls. Ā It is now compulsory that we have contact from a parent for all absences.Ā Ā

Not reporting a student absence reflects
on their attendance and in turn on their school report !!!

š Arriving Late... Ā All late arrivals MUST sign in at the office prior to going to Homeroom/Class (this eliminates parents receiving an absentee sms messages).

š Announcements... Ā Will not be made during class time. Ā These will only be made at Recess and Lunchtime.

š Travelling On A Friends Bus... Ā a 'adhoc bus travel form' needs to be completed the day before travelling. These forms are available from the College Office.
