Year 1/2 News

Year 1 and Year 2 Stay Late!

On Thursday, 7th November, our Year One and Two students participated in our stay late. We all had a great time, enjoying the playground without the rest of the school!! We played games until it was time for dinner. Students shared pizza and ice cream while sitting around the staff room table. 

After dinner students changed into their pyjamas and prepared to watch "The Lion King 1 1/2." As you can see from the photos, everyone snuggled up and made themselves very comfortable. 

After the stay late, students wrote a recount! 

Curriculum News

Students have had the opportunity to showcase their learning and growth through our end of year assessments. They have all showed great persistence and determination in their academic endeavours, and should all be very proud. Well done!

We are now looking forward to rehearsing a variety of songs and dances for the upcoming end of year concert.
