It was wonderful to catch up with the Class of 2024 at their One Year Reunion, held at GPO Bendigo on Friday 12 December. The evening was filled with laughter, stories and plenty of reminiscing as classmates reconnected and reflected on how much can change in just twelve short months since leaving school.

This fantastic group of Old Girtonians has already embarked on a wide range of exciting pathways, including university study, gap years, travel and employment. It was a pleasure to hear about their first-year adventures and achievements, and to see the strong friendships and school spirit that continue well beyond the classroom. We look forward to watching the Class of 2024 grow and thrive, and hope to see them again at their next reunion.

On Saturday 15 March, Old Girtonians from the classes of 2015 and 2020 gathered for a memorable combined reunion at the Rifle Brigade Hotel. Despite the soaring temperatures, the warmth of friendship and nostalgia filled the venue, making it a truly unforgettable experience for all involved.

It was heartwarming to see so many familiar faces, with laughter and hugs exchanged as old friends reunited. The event was not just a chance to revisit the past; it was also an opportunity to create new memories together.

A sincere thank you to everyone who attended. It was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect, reminisce and celebrate everything these cohorts have accomplished since their school days. We look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

Class of 2005: 20-Year Reunion

The Class of 2005 gathered for their 20-Year Reunion, bringing together a fantastic group of Old Girtonians for an afternoon and evening of reconnection.

The day began with a tour of the school, where past students revisited familiar classrooms and corridors, sharing memories and marvelling at the changes and growth of the campus. The energy was unmistakable as old friends reunited.

The evening continued at the Brougham Arms Hotel, where guests enjoyed finger food and lively conversation.
