What have we learned through CIRCUS???

·  Responsibility – looking after circus equipment and using it safely. 

·  Concentration & focus – maintaining attention while balancing, juggling or performing tricks. 

·  Risk awareness – understanding safety rules and making appropriate choices. 

·  Creativity – creating individual movements, routines and performances.

This event was professionally recorded by Video Essentials using a two camera live mix. If you would like to order a DVD of the recording, please fill in the bottom half of this sheet, place it in an envelope and return it to the school with the required cash. You can also download a video file from our website, there is no need to place an order for this. You can download the video TWO DAYS after the event has been recorded. The online videos will be HD MP4 files and are superior quality to DVD.

Go to www.videoessentials.com.au and select the SCHOOL LOGIN tab at the top of the home page.

Enter the SCHOOL WEBSITE CODE found at the top of this form, this will take you to the

school’s store page. Enter the code in ALL CAPITALS.

Select the video you wish to purchase, there may be multiple nights or previous years also

available, so make sure you select the correct recording.

Download to a computer only. You cannot download to a phone or iPad as the files are too big.

DVD Orders ($30) (return this form to the school)

1. Fill in the information below and place it into an envelope with the required amount of cash.

2. Write your name on the face of the envelope, as well as the amount of cash you put inside, so the school can identify who has made orders.

3. Return the envelope to the office by the due date.

4. DVDs will be available for pick-up three weeks after the recording.
