Be a Blessing and Pray

At Devonport Christian School, we deeply value the power of prayer and the opportunity it gives us to support one another, our school, and the wider community.

We warmly invite all parents and carers to join us each Wednesday for our Upper Room Prayer gathering in the 9/10 Centre Conference room, held immediately after Worship Wednesday from 9.00am to 9.30am.

We understand that many of our parents have young children, so alongside the prayer space we have a dedicated room for toddlers and little ones, complete with toys and colouring activities. This allows parents to participate in prayer while knowing their children are comfortably engaged nearby.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect, reflect, and uplift our school community in a supportive and meaningful way. 

We would love to partner with you in prayer for the people, families, and future of DCS.

• Praise for our amazing IT Support Team who go above and beyond to keep all of our IT services working well.

Prayer Points:

• Prayer for our three NextGen events happening next week. Pray particularly for the secondary students who are organising these events.

• Prayer for Prep and Year 1/2 Excursions happening next week

• Prayer for Year 10 students as they work through options for 2027
