GARDENING CLUB

Our new Gardening Club has officially begun, and our first group of enthusiastic busy bees have been busy getting their hands dirty! The students have planted a variety of vegetables, including carrots, beetroot, peas, rainbow silver beet, spinach, potatoes and broccoli. A very special thank you and shout out to Bunnings Sunshine for generously donating seedlings to help us get our garden started. Their support has made it possible for our students to learn about growing food, caring for plants and working together to create a beautiful garden for our school community.

As we continue to develop our school garden, we would love to receive donations of herb and flower seedlings. We are hoping to create a vibrant sensory garden where students can touch, smell and observe a variety of plants, while also attracting bees, butterflies and other pollinators.

If you have any spare herb or flower seedlings, cuttings or plants that you would be happy to donate, we would be very grateful. Every little plant will help our garden and students grow!
