Celebrating 140 years of St Joseph's College

The countdown is on to our 140th Birthday!

Our official day of foundation is on Sunday 22 March but we will be celebrating our anniversary with a full weekend of highlights on March 27-29.

This historic occasion provides a meaningful opportunity to honour the legacy of the Brigidine Sisters in Australia, celebrate our vibrant community, and reflect on the enduring impact of our College over the past 140 years.

We look forward to sharing this significant milestone with you all.

Friday 27 March - Foundation Day Mini Market

In honour of this significant milestone, our Foundation Day celebrations this year will be BIGGER and BETTER than ever!

What’s Happening?

Students will have the opportunity to purchase food items and participate in exciting mini-market activities, all organised and run by students. Activities include: karaoke, basketball shot challenge, lucky dip, silent disco, dunk tank and much more! All proceeds from the day will go to the Brigidine Asylum Seeker Project (BASP), supporting their vital work in the community.

How to Participate – Cashless System - Compasstix

This year, all purchases will be cashless. We strongly encourage students to pre-purchase tickets online before the event.

Please purchase via this link - Compasstix

Tickets will be available at the College the week before Foundation Day and also during the event. These tickets can then be exchanged for food and activities at the market.

** Please not this does not include the ice cream van or coffee/milkshake van that will also be onsite on the day. These are privately run businesses. If students wish to purchase items from these vendors they will need to pay with cash or card.
