Kildare Campus Capital Works
Stage 3 at Kildare Campus is really starting to come to life! Steel beams are rising from the ground and the exciting shape of our impressive new Multi-Function Centre (MFC) is becoming visible day by day. This incredible facility will soon be buzzing with activity, featuring two full indoor basketball courts, retractable seating for 800 (total seating capacity 1800), a stage for performances and presentations, and dedicated spaces for dance, drama and music, along with new office areas. As if that wasn’t exciting enough, the centre will also include a 250-seat Theatre, creating amazing opportunities for performances, assemblies and community events.
At the same time, work has commenced on the extension of the Hayden Building, which will provide additional general learning spaces to support our growing school community and enhance the learning environment for our students.
With cranes in motion and construction progressing steadily, Stage 3 is firmly on track, with completion anticipated by 1 March 2027. It’s inspiring to see this vision becoming a reality, and we can’t wait to watch the campus continue to transform over the coming months!
Brigidine Campus Capital Works
In the lead-up to our 140th Anniversary celebrations from 27–29 March 2026, the Brigidine Campus has been buzzing with activity as a series of capital works and maintenance upgrades breathe new life into many of our much-loved spaces. A standout success has been the new Student Activities Space, featuring outdoor table tennis tables and indoor activity tables, quickly becoming a vibrant hub of connection and fun for students during break times.
Our Library has been beautifully refreshed with new carpet and a complete refit of stunning furniture, creating a welcoming, contemporary space for students to study, collaborate and read. New furniture in the Work-Related Skills area has further enhanced the learning environment and has been warmly received by both students and staff.
Across the campus, significant improvements have been made, including the construction of new student and staff toilets, as well as painting and maintenance work on the Apsley Building, now home to new HR offices and an impressive new boardroom. Our gardens and grounds have also received considerable attention, highlighted by the creation of our beautiful new courtyard. This special space will be officially opened during our 140th anniversary celebrations, providing a welcoming place for our community to gather, reflect and cherish together.
Meanwhile, our new gym continues to thrive, with students making great use of the facility. Extensive maintenance to exterior spaces and footpaths, along with the creation of an additional grassed area, has further enhanced the campus environment. There is much to celebrate, and we are grateful for the many improvements supporting the continued growth and vibrancy of the Brigidine Campus.
Edstart
We are pleased to share that 74% of families have already chosen to pay their 2026 School Fees through Edstart, our flexible payment partner. Edstart allows families to spread school fee payments into smaller, more manageable instalments across the year, providing greater flexibility and ease in planning household finances. We thank those families who have already taken up this option. For families who may still be considering this payment method, we warmly encourage you to reach out to the College if you would like further information or support. Our team is always happy to assist and ensure the process is as simple and accessible as possible for everyone in our community.
