Dear families,  

In the midst of the busyness of school life, with NAPLAN testing underway, teachers completing mandatory training and the many daily rhythms of a school, it is always a blessing to pause and appreciate the moments that are truly about children simply enjoying being children. 

Every aspect of school life plays an important role in supporting the development of the whole child. Without balance across learning, wellbeing, play and connection, children cannot truly flourish. It is a joy to watch our students during break times as they engage in such a variety of activities, learning from one another, developing friendships, and simply having fun together. These moments remind me why I am so passionate about continuing to make our school the very best it can be for our students.
