IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

Dear Parents and Carers,

We would like to remind you of the different ways you can stay up to date with upcoming school events using Compass.

By tapping on the calendar at the bottom of the Compass screen, you can view all upcoming events and switch between daily or weekly views. You can also stay informed by checking Facebook posts and the Compass newsfeed, where “What’s on next week” reminders are regularly shared. In addition, upcoming events are included in the school newsletter calendars.

We ask that all families regularly check for upcoming events either on the Compass home screen or by selecting the Events tab in the main menu.

There are multiple ways to access this information, and it is the responsibility of parents and carers to ensure that all consent forms and payments are completed by the due date.

Recently, there has been an increase in event permissions being submitted after the due date, which requires follow-up phone calls. Due to the time involved and the importance of ensuring the safety and organisation of all staff and students, we will no longer be able to follow up overdue permissions.

If a permission or response is not submitted by the due date, unfortunately your child will not be able to participate in the event.
