Semester 1 Reports

Semester 1 student reports will be available to families via the Sentral Parent Portal on Thursday 25 June. These reports provide valuable information about your child's progress, achievements and areas for future growth across all learning areas.

If you require assistance accessing the Parent Portal, please contact the school office and our staff will be happy to assist.

A Huge Thank You to Our Student Sport Leaders

A very big thank you to our House Captains and Vice Captains for their outstanding efforts in organising and running the recent Year 6 fundraiser.

The event was a fantastic success, bringing together students, and staff for an enjoyable day filled with fun, laughter and community spirit. Most importantly, the fundraiser provided an opportunity for our students to demonstrate leadership, teamwork and initiative while creating positive experiences for others.

We would also like to thank our school community for your generous support. The funds raised will contribute towards the Year 6 gift to the school, leaving a lasting legacy from our graduating students. It is wonderful to see our community come together to support our student leaders and celebrate the contributions of our Year 6 students.

Sporting Success and School Pride

It has been wonderful to see so many Hurstville Public School students representing our school across a variety of sporting events this term.

Whether competing in team sports, carnivals or representative pathways, our students continue to demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience and pride in wearing the Hurstville Public School colours. While it is always exciting to celebrate victories and see our teams achieve success, what makes us most proud is the way our students conduct themselves both on and off the field.

Our students consistently display excellent sportsmanship, encouragement of teammates, respect towards officials and appreciation for their opponents. These qualities reflect the values we strive to develop at Hurstville Public School and are a credit to our students, staff and families.

Congratulations to all students who have represented our school this term. We look forward to seeing many more sporting achievements throughout the year.

High School Applications Now Open

Parents and carers of students transitioning to high school are reminded that applications and enrolment processes for local high schools are now underway.

Families are encouraged to contact their local high school directly to obtain information about enrolment requirements, orientation programs and important dates. Many schools also provide online enrolment options through their websites, making the application process simple and convenient.

Starting the enrolment process early helps ensure a smooth transition and provides families with the opportunity to ask questions and become familiar with their chosen school. We encourage all families to submit applications as soon as possible and to contact prospective schools if they require any additional information.

We look forward to supporting our students as they prepare for this exciting next stage of their educational journey.
