Clontarf Training

Morning training is a huge part of our program. It not only acts as a great way to be physically active and fit but also teaches our boys to get into a good routine for school and work life after school. We usually train on a Tuesday and Friday morning, and they are a bunch of fun.

All KHS staff are welcome to attend. We regularly team up with Melville Academy to have ‘Super Sessions’ at South West Rocks, these training mornings are always high energy and filled with plenty of laughter. It’s a great way to start the day!
