Girls Health and Wellbeing Days

Girls Health and Wellbeing Days

We are thrilled to share the wonderful memories from our recent Year 7, 8, & 9 Girls Days. The workshops were a resounding success, filled with high-levels of engagement and connection among our students. It was also a great opportunity to introduce the KHS Connect Centre to staff and students and host some hands-on workshops in the new space.

Highlights across the days included:

Health and Wellbeing Workshops: The sessions on health and wellbeing were insightful and engaging, hosted by a large team of NSW Health professionals who covered a wide range of important health topics.

Silent Disco: Our students had a blast dancing to their favourite songs in our silent disco! The energy was contagious as everyone enjoyed the unique experience of dancing together while wearing wireless headphones.

Crafting Workshops: The bracelet and paper chain making workshops were a hit! Girls expressed their creativity by designing beautiful bracelets and vibrant paper chains, fostering a sense of accomplishment and teamwork.

We want to extend our gratitude to all the staff and volunteers who helped make this event possible and to the students who participated with such enthusiasm.

We look forward to more events that celebrate our students and foster a supportive school community!
