Assistant Principal

End of term
What a fantastic term it has been! From the hard work in classrooms to the fun of special events, our students have continued to show our school values of respect, responsibility and teamwork.
Thank you to our staff for their dedication and to our families for your ongoing support, it truly makes a difference. I wish everyone a safe and restful holiday, and I look forward to seeing our students return ready for jam packed Term 4.
Tree Planting
Earlier this year our school was fortunate to receive a grant that provided us with a number of trees to plant around our grounds. Today, a group of our students took part in planting these trees, helping to make our school greener and more sustainable for the future.
A big thank you to Maryanne, Mary-Jane C, Oscar T, Dougie K, Ngoc H, Kynan J, Tyrone B, Retan F, Edie J, Mayank S, and Ramona M, who all worked together to carefully plant and care for our new trees.
These trees will grow to provide shade, beauty, and habitats for the wildlife that live around our school. We would also like to thank Mr Squires, our Albion North residential grader, who came along to give us a hand.
Hats
As we welcome everyone back for the start of Term 4, a friendly reminder that our that from the first day of Term 4, all students must wear a broad-brimmed school hat when outside during playtimes, sport, PE lessons, and other outdoor activities.
Wearing a hat is an important way to protect ourselves from the sun and helps us build healthy lifelong habits. Please make sure your child’s hat is clearly labelled with their name so it can be easily returned if misplaced.
If your child does not have a hat, they will need to remain in shaded areas during outdoor play.
Thank you for your support in keeping our students safe and sun smart.
