Student Leaders Community Service

Last term, the graduating student leaders went on an excursion to Caloola Court Nursing Home. We had a tremendous time assisting residents with hymnals, chatting and asking questions, singing, and listening to a devotional. 

We asked the elderly residents for some advice as we graduated, which led to some stories from a few residents about their days at school, and the encouragement to "keep being good". This is the second time that the 2025 Student Leaders have visited Caloola Court. Each visit has been a positive experience in outreach and serving in small, yet meaningful ways. It has been a blessing to partner with Caloola Court in providing this opportunity for both students and residents. 

Our Year 11 student leaders also supported the service. On both occasions, the connections and support have received very positive feedback. Thank you to all students who participated in this important act of service.
