Junior Performing Arts

We have started Term 3 off wonderfully, learning the ukelele in the Junior school!

The children have learnt the different parts of the ukelele and how to hold it correctly.  We have learnt to pick and strum the strings and have been learning about finger placement.

The children should be congratulated on their keen efforts to listen and learn the C chord. We have played a number of one chord songs together as a class. It is wonderful to see how calm and responsive the children are when playing an instrument.
