Instrumental Music

Preparations are well underway for the next Concert Band performance! Whole band rehearsals started back this week and will continue until the end of term. 

On Thursday of Week 10 (17 September), the Concert Band students will tour the primary schools!  We will travel to Toogoolawah State School first, where we will join primary school students from Toogoolawah, Linville and Harlin and perform at 10am in the undercover area.  After a break, we will travel to Esk State School and will join with the Esk SS students to perform at 12.30pm in the hall.

This year, not only will the Concert Band perform as a whole, and with the primary students, we will be featuring some small ensembles, including the students from Year 7 and 8 Music Extension classes.

Parents are welcome to join us at either school, if you wish to watch the performances.
