“The Suggestion Box"

As you may have heard, the SRC has a suggestion box which is open to everyone’s ideas on how we can help improve Highvale. The box is located in the library. We heavily encourage any suggestions you might have!

These suggestions could be regarding things like recommendations about school events, bake sales, general feedback, or improvements for the

suggestion box itself.

Some things to note with your suggestions:

While SRC can advocate for student preferences regarding matters like staffing and camps, these decisions are ultimately not within our jurisdiction. That being said, we sincerely appreciate everyone who has written to us so far, and hope we can continue

to receive these suggestions from the student body!

As year 7’s new to the SRC, we have gotten to do new things like baking for bake sales, helping to take part in setting up, and giving suggestions and feedback for events such as the World’s Greatest Shave and the Ice Bucket Challenge.

It has been a pleasure being able to help organise events and work with other members of different ages and ideas to make Highvale even better.

We’re looking forward to continuing in the SRC!
