Instrumental Music 2026: Off to a Great Start!

Music is back in full swing at Lyndale Secondary College!

The Year 7 students have begun their instrumental journey, diving straight into the songs and instruments they love. From drums and bass to guitar, keys and vocals, students are already building confidence in a real band-style setting.

Instrumental lessons for Years 8-12 have also resumed, with strong participation across vocals, guitar, bass, drums and keys. Students are refining their skills, expanding their repertoire and developing their musicianship each week.

Ensembles are now underway, with students preparing new material and working towards exciting performance opportunities throughout 2026.

Enrolments are still open and we would love more students to be part of it. Being involved in instrumental music is not just about learning an instrument; it is about belonging to a team, contributing to something bigger, and stepping onto the stage with confidence. The rehearsal room becomes a community, and every player matters.
