Bianca Harper
Miss Bianca Harper holds a Diploma in Children’s Services and brings over 25 years of experience in the early childhood sector. Throughout her career, she has worked with children of all ages and has undertaken a variety of roles, including operating her own Family Day Care service.
Miss Harper is passionate about play-based learning and believes in creating meaningful opportunities for children to explore, discover, and grow. She is dedicated to building strong, positive, and respectful relationships with children and their families, fostering a caring and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Sarah Nicholson
Miss Sarah Nicholson completed a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Teaching) through the University of Auckland in 2015. She also holds a Bachelor of Contemporary Music and brings a diverse range of experience across early learning settings, including kindergarten, daycare, social services, and early years music education. Miss Nicholson is passionate about weaving music and the arts into early childhood learning. She is committed to creating enriching environments where children feel confident to explore and thrive, embracing play-based learning, nature experiences, and musical exploration as meaningful pathways for growth and development.
Tamara Ellenbroek
Ms Tamara Ellenbroek is inspired by the everyday moments when children discover they are capable of more than they first believed. Watching confidence grow and curiosity ignite is at the heart of her passion for teaching, particularly during those special “lightbulb moments” when learning truly clicks. Ms Ellenbroek’s strength in the classroom lies in building meaningful connections and creating a calm, supportive environment where every student feels seen, valued, and encouraged to take positive learning risks. She is dedicated to nurturing a safe space where children feel confident to explore, grow, and achieve their personal best.
Tayla Adams
Ms Tayla Adams is passionate about supporting students as they grow in confidence and celebrate their achievements. She finds great joy in those special moments when learning “clicks” and students feel a genuine sense of pride in their progress.
Bringing positive energy and enthusiasm into the classroom, Ms Adams creates engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity and participation. She values building strong, respectful relationships with her students and is committed to fostering a supportive and safe environment where every child feels encouraged to take risks and do their best.
Caroline Gudgin
Caroline Gudgin completed her Certificate III in Educational Support in November 2024. She is passionate about celebrating the “light-bulb” moments in learning—when a child realises they can achieve something they once found challenging. Supporting students as they grow in confidence, curiosity and independence is the most rewarding aspect of her role in the classroom. Mrs Gudgin’s superpower is transforming everyday learning into moments of wonder, inspiring students to feel excited and eager to explore new ideas. She is especially proud of creating a classroom environment where every child feels safe, supported and enthusiastic about learning.
