Congratulations to Christine Miller

We are delighted to share the wonderful news that our Boarding and International Student Officer, Christine Miller, and her husband Cam are expecting a new addition to their family. Baby Miller is due in February next year and will be warmly welcomed by big siblings Tiana and Landon.

Maternity Leave and 2027 Staffing

Christine will commence maternity leave in January. We will begin recruitment in Term 4 for a temporary Boarding and International Student Officer for 2027.

Boarders’ Health

With the cooler weather, we currently have a few boarders experiencing cold symptoms which we are managing. We are also seeing a few students with sport injuries with the winter fixture season.

Health appointments and school related commitments remain our priority when scheduling student transport. We will continue to manage transportation around these essential commitments while doing our best to accommodate other transport requests wherever possible.

Driving

If boarders require transport, as per our conditions in the Boarding Handbook, please complete the Boarder Transport Application Form and return toboarding@clayfield.qld.edu.autwo weeks before the request.

Please note, health appointments are made by advice from our Health Centre and do not require the completion of this Boarder Transport Application Form.
