From the Leadership Team

A term on from my commencement, it is incredibly exciting to see the Junior School taking shape. While the physical building is the most visible sign of our progress, it represents so much of the work happening behind the scenes.
Construction is progressing well, with steel and framework well underway. Furniture orders are being finalised, plans for moving into the new spaces are taking shape, and resource lists are being carefully compiled. Behind all of this is a hardworking and dedicated team investing many hours to ensure we are ready to welcome and teach our newest students in January 2027.
One thing that has been missing until now has been our Junior School people!
Moving from a busy and vibrant Primary School at my previous College, surrounded each day by students, families and colleagues, to a Junior School of one (me!) has certainly been the biggest change. I have missed those daily conversations, connections and moments that make school life so special.
This, however, is beginning to change.
We are delighted to have appointed Lindy Francis as Assistant Head of Junior School. Lindy is already making a valuable contribution, including joining the interview process for our teaching positions. We have attracted an outstanding field of applicants across all year levels, many of whom are excited about the opportunity to be part of this new and significant chapter in the life of Endeavour College.
Even more exciting is knowing that our Junior School will soon be filled with enthusiastic young learners ready to begin their schooling journey at Endeavour College.
Enrolments are open now, with Reception enrolment interviews taking place soon.
Year-level enrolment information sessions for Years 1–6 are also being planned for September, with details to be shared with families who have completed Stage 1 of their enrolment application.
Families with siblings currently attending Endeavour College who are considering commencing in the Junior School in 2027 are encouraged to enrol as soon as possible. Positions are filling quickly, and it is wonderful to see our new community of learners beginning to take shape.
With the Junior School construction continuing into early January, we are also embracing the opportunity to be creative about how we transition our students into Endeavour College. We are planning a range of opportunities for Junior School families to connect with one another, build relationships and help our students feel familiar, confident and excited as they prepare to begin this wonderful new chapter.
There is so much happening, and with every appointment, enrolment, building milestone and family connection, the vision for our Junior School is becoming more real.
I am looking forward to the day when the building is filled with the energy, curiosity and joy of our youngest students.
