Book Week

In Week 8, we celebrated Book Week with our much-loved dress-up day.  Students and staff came dressed as their favourite book characters, with fantastic participation across the school. We saw some very creative costumes, with plenty of thought and imagination going into the characters students chose.

The day started with our morning parade, giving everyone a chance to see the wonderful costumes on display and celebrate the creativity across our school community. There were lots of smiles and plenty of excitement as students showed off their outfits and shared which book characters they had come dressed as.

After the parade, our primary students split into their house groups and took part in a morning of fun Book Week activities around the school. The activities gave students a chance to explore books and stories in different ways, enjoying time with friends and working together.

It was a wonderful day celebrating books and reading. A big thank you and congratulations to all our students, staff and families who helped make the day such a memorable and enjoyable part of Book Week.
