BAS Cooking Competition
Congratulations to our four Loreto College chefs who were named winners of the 2025 BAS Cooking Competition last week!
Competing against St Patrick’s College, our students prepared a two-course menu featuring saffron and prawn pappardelle pasta and a date, dark chocolate and almond torte dessert.
Each dish was then judged by renowned local chef Damian Jones of Mr Jones restaurant and Andrew Wisken from the Australian Culinary Federation. This challenge pushed students to showcase their culinary creativity, technical skills, and teamwork all under pressure!
