Snow Camp

High winds, lightning, fresh powder and white-outs. These were the ingredients of an epic 4 days up at Mount Buller.  We arrived to melting snow and left with snow melting in our hair! What a magical transformation it made to the whole landscape. The sleds and snowball fights were highlights, as were learning new skills on snowboards and skis. 

The food was incredible and the night programs kept us from getting bored, with movies, trampolining and rock climbing as just some of the treats. ‘The best camp ever’ was a common phrase heard on the way home. 

We came home thankful for the opportunity and with renewed wonder at the alpine environment! (And with a huge respect for the bus and shuttle drivers who drove safely in the icy conditions!)
