Exciting Beanstack News

The term is almost over, the holidays are almost here, and our Beanstack leaderboard has delivered some interesting news! 

Lasalle has smashed through 100,000 reading minutes and continues to lead the race for the Beda Reada House Shield. The other houses are still in the chase, but Lasalle currently has the reading equivalent of a comfortable lead in the final quarter.

Meanwhile, in the race for class reading glory, 8.5M remains unbeatable. Challenge after challenge, they continue to sit on top of the mountain looking down on everyone else.

But before they get too comfortable... a massive prize for the class comp will be revealed next term. Classes who want a chance at it should keep logging those minutes!

Stock up now before the best books disappear into the backpacks of smarter, faster borrowers. Whether you're travelling, relaxing at home, hiding from relatives, or trying to survive a long car trip, make sure you've got something good to read. 

Did you know you can borrow games from the library? That's right. If you're planning to spend time with friends, siblings, cousins, grandparents, or relatives you've never met before, borrow a game and put everyone's competitive spirit to the test.

Will it bring the family together? Possibly. 

Will it reveal who takes board games far too seriously? Almost certainly.

So before you leave for the break:

And most importantly...don't leave a good book stranded in the library over the holidays. Give it a holiday too!
