Last Thursday, we had the honour of attending the Manningham ANZAC Schools Service to commemorate the sacrifice of the ANZACs. It was a very special experience, and we listened to a number of dignitaries who shared meaningful stories about their personal connections to the ANZACs. We also enjoyed listening to performances from Doncaster Secondary College, and it was powerful to join alongside other schools and members of the community in singing together. As part of the service, we were proud to lay a wreath on behalf of Wonga Park Primary School.

At the end of the ceremony, we were lucky to speak with the Mayor of Manningham, Brian Tee, a representative from the Rotary Club, the Master of Ceremonies, and Nicole Werner. It was a memorable experience and an important way for us to show respect and gratitude.
