Early Departure

Could we please request that when parents/carers are collecting students early from school that where possible, break times be avoided. Break times are 11:15am - 11:55am and 1:35pm - 2:25pm. If these times can't be avoided, could you please arrange with the classroom teacher to have your child's bag brought to the office prior to break time.

Student Messages

If you are needing the office staff to pass a message to your child during the day for after school arrangements, could you please contact the office via phone, not via email, as early as possible, prior to 1:30pm is ideal.

Park Ridge Primary School Policies

These and other school policies are reviewed regularly in line with Department guidelines to ensure they remain up-to-date and relevant.

CSEF Information

CSEF Applications for 2026

The department administers the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) to help eligible families with the costs of camps, sporting activities and excursions/incursions.

From 1 January 2026, families eligible for CSEF will see an increase in support to $400 for primary and secondary school children, up from $154 and $256 respectively. Applications for 2026 CSEF support will open from 27 January 2026.

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend activities like:

  • school camps/trips

  • swimming extension activities and other school-organised sport programs

  • outdoor education programs

  • excursions/incursions that are extracurricular as defined in the Parent Payments policy

  • graduations/valedictories.

Schools can receive applications from families for 2026 until 26 June 2026.

Families can list more than one student in the one application form if they are attending the same school.
